- The purpose of this purchase order is to obtain graphic design and marketing services for developing a consistent brand identity for all U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) publications, electronic and printed materials. Used in conjunction with the USAID official seal, the brand identity should ensure that all Agency electronic and print materials and other communications have a consistent, uniform look and are immediately identifiable as USAID sponsored, both internally and externally. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
