Description

UNICOR intends to enter into a five (5) year firm fixed price requirements type contract for Stretch Wrap Film for FCI Schuylkill, PA. The solicitation number is FN1098-02 and this solicitation is issued as an Request For Proposal (RFP). Item: 0001 PKG2484, CLEAR-WRAP, SIZE:70 INCH, X 5000 FT, U/I:FEET, Est Qty:5,000,000.000 are to be delivered FOB Destination FCI Schuylkill, PA., also, UNICOR intends to enter into one (1) base year, with four (4) option years if exercised contract. This is a requirements type contract for Stretch Wrap /Foam for FCC Coleman, FL., Item: 0002 PKG2483, CLEAR-WRAP, 18INCH, X 1500FT, 70-GAUGE, U/I:FEET, Est Qty: 3,900,750.000., Item: 0003 PKG2484, CLEAR-WRAP, 70INCH X 5000FT, 70-GAUGE,U/I:FEET, Est Qty: 5,200,000.000.,Item: 0004 FOAM PKG2489, FOAM, 12INCH PERFORATED, 1/8INCH X 72INCH X 550 (ROLL), are to be delivered FOB Destination FCC Coleman, FL. Delivery is 30 calendar days after receipt of initial order and 5 days for all other orders thereafter. Deliveries shall be made on pallets (16 rolls per pallet). This is a full and open competitive Request for Proposal for Stretch-Wrap Film/Foam. Offerors are advised that the Government intends to evaluate offers and award on an all or none basis per factory location. Item 0001 is to be awarded for FCI Schuylkill, PA and Items 0002-0004 are to be awarded for FCC Coleman, FL. Variation in Quantity for FCI Schuylkill is +/-5%, and for FCC Coleman 5%/0. The Minimum delivery order quantity for FCC Coleman, FL is 150ft, maximum delivery order quantity is 360,000ft and combination of orders is 375,000ft. The Minimum delivery order quantity for FCI Schuylkill, PA is 80,000ft, maximum delivery order quantity is 320,000ft and combination of orders is 1,000,000ft. Offers shall submit signed and dated offers to UNICOR, Office Furniture Group, 320 First Street NW, 400 Building, 7th Floor, Washington, DC 20534, ATTN: Bid Custodian. Offers may be submitted on the SF1449. Fax proposals are accepted at 202-305-7337/50. All offerors must acknowledgment all amendments. Offers received after the exact time and date specified will not be considered. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate proposals: past performance, quality and price for FCI Schuylkill, PA., For FCC Coleman, FL the evaluation factors are: past performance, quality, ability to meet five (5) day delivery time and price. A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer will be mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party.
