- Description
- Single award term contract for U.S. Army/COE, Vicksburg, MS. Beginning October 1, 2002 and ending September 30, 2003, with two possible options years. Quality Level III is required. These specifications cover the production of Special Reports requiring such operations as copying (including color copying), binding, packing, and distribution. FREQUENCY OF ORDERS: 12 orders, average 3 volumes per order. QUANTITY: 35 to 200 copies per volume. NUMBER OF PAGES: Range from 100 to 900, per volume, plus separate hidden-hinge cover. TRIM SIZE: 8-1/2 x 11". Occasional tab dividers (9 x 11"). Deliver f.o.b. destination to Vicksburg, MS. Complete production and delivery is required within 2 to 8 workdays. Additionally, bidder's may download the specifications from the GPO web site (www.access.gpo.gov/procurement/atlanta/synopsis.shtml) once they are issued.
