- Description
- The General Services Administration, National Office of Realty Services, is responsible for the acquisition of leasehold interests and related real estate services for the Federal government. It is seeking highly qualified commercial real estate firms to assist with the performance of national commercial brokerage services. GSA anticipates awarding multiple Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) task order type contracts each with a base year and four (4) one-year option periods. Each contract will have an annual minimum guarantee of $3.5 million and a maximum order limitation of $25 million. The contracts will require the capability to provide services for the entire United States and its Territories as listed below under place of contract performance. GSA intends to conduct a full and open competition using negotiated source selection procedures and to award fixed priced contracts. The government does not intend to use FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, for the procurement. The Request for Proposal (RFP) is expected to be issued between September 5 and 16, 2002. GSA is issuing the solicitation only electronically. Interested parties will be able to access the solicitation at http://www.FedBizOpps.gov.
