- REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 1,875 rentable square feet yielding approximately 1,630 usable square feet of contiguous office space in Pinetop, Arizona. Contiguous (same floor) space is preferred. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design, tasteful rehabilitation in modern use or new construction. Parking for five vehicles must be available on site with a preference for reserved parking. LOCATION: The U.S. Government will be evaluating offers within the city limits of Pinetop, Arizona. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Space must be ready for occupancy by February 15, 2003. The following list contains, but is not limited to, space performance specifications for this lease procurement: 1) Five (5) parking spaces are required, with a preference for secure and reserved parking. 2) Space must be contiguous, on one floor. 3) Space to be built with both partitioned and open area (bull-pen) space. 4) Set back from roadway and other property boundaries by at least 50 feet. LEASE TERM: Term is 10 years, 5 years firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges after 5 years.
