- NAICS Code: 541620 NAICS 541620: "Environmental Consulting Services." The United States Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA) intends to award a sole source purchase order to Pacific Environmental Services, Inc. 560 Herndon Parkway, Suite 200 Herndon, VA 20170-5240 to evaluate air dispersion modeling codes. Evaluation will include comparison of computer codes NEWTRIT and CAP88-PC with design specifications and recommendations. Revision, comparison, and final modification of the AERMOD & CAP88-PC results are used to form a user guide for AERMOD. The government intends to award sole source to Pacific Environmental Services because they posses the appropriate level of technical knowledge necessary to complete this project.
