- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue modifications under contract N00019-01-C-0290 for F405-RR-401 Installation engines, spare engines, spare modules, shipping devices, engineering support and various spare and repair parts. NAVAIRSYSCOM intends to procure these services sole-source under the current contract from Rolls Royce plc, P.O. Box 3, Filton, Bristol, BS12 7QE England. Rolls Royce is the only firm with the requisite knowledge and expertise to produce these items within the timeframe required. See Note 22.
