Description

NA This is a sources sought announcement only. There is no solicitation available at this time. This synopsis is issued for the sole purpose of the FGGM Directorate of Contracting office to conduct market research in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Re gulation (FAR) Part 10. This effort is to seek qualified sources capable of providing full management, services, maintenance, and repair on 112 Historic Homes and their associated other real property, to include reimbursement for the provision of utility s ervices by Fort George G. Meade (FGGM). Furthermore, this RFI also seeks commercial information on the types of services captured in the attached Draft Statement of Work. Request interested parties to submit a brief description of their companies business size (small, large etc.), and a description of similar services offered to government and/or commercial customers (include point of contact). All interested parties shall be responsible for completing the market research survey included with this synopsis in order to receive a future solicitation package for this requirement. Additionally, furnish a company point of contact (POC), including address, e-mail, phone number etc. Please limit capability statement to no more than ten pages. This RFI is not a comm ercial solicitation in accordance with FAR Part 12, and the government will not pay for any cost associated with providing this information. All comments must be addressed to the contracting office POC referenced herein. Oral presentations by interested pa rties shall not be entertained at this time. Following is a Draft Statement of Work giving a brief description of the services. Responses to this Market Survey/Request for Information should be mailed to Directorate of Contracting, 4550 Llewellyn Avenue, A ttn: Mr. Roderick Gaither, Contract Specialist, Fort George G. Meade, MD 20755-5081 to arrive on or before Tuesday, 20 August 2002.
