Description

NA The contract will be a requirements type contract for a base year and four option year periods. The estimated cost range is between $250,000 and $500,000, including alll option periods. The solicitation will be available only on the USMA website at http: //www.usma.army.mil/doc on or about 28 August 02. The solicitation will be issued unrestricted and will be evaluated under the Hubzone Preference Program. The NAICS code is 235520, small busines size standard $12M. Payments will be made using the Governm ent Credit Card. All contractors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award. You may register by calling 1-888-227-2423 or via the internet at http:www.ccr2000.com. This is a requirements contract and work i s sporadic,as and when called for by the Government. Features include removal of existing vinyl flooring and any deteriorated underlayment, patching existing underlayment, replacing wood framing members, furnish and install new underlayment, install vinyl flooring, disconnect and reinstall plumbing fixtures and household applicances, moving of household furniture, appliances, bathtubs (free standing type), hot water heaters, cast iron radiators. The contractor must anticipate working seven days a week at n o additional cost to the government during the period 1 May thru 15 September. Responsible offerors may submit a proposal which will be considered.
