- NA Requirements Contract DAAE07-95-D-R012 for All Terrain Lifter, Army System (ATLAS) vehicles will be extended for an additional two years on a sole source basis to TRAK International Inc., Port Washington, Wisconsin. This extension will permit the purchase of up to 311 additional ATLAS vehicles over the two year period. The total estimated value of this action is $39.5 million.
