- INTERESTED FIRMS MUST BE REGISTERED TO PERFORM CONSTRUCTION WORK IN THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITY AND MEET THE REQUISITES OF ITALIAN LAW 109 OF 11 FEB 1994 AND SUCCESSFUL SCREENING BY THE ITALIAN MINISTRY OF DEFENSE. FIRMS WISHING TO PARTICIPATE ARE REQUIRED TO EMAIL THEIR INTEREST TO THE PRIMARY OR ALTERNATE POINT OF CONTACT. MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: BETWEEN $500,000 AND $1,000,000. ENTITA? DEL PROGETTO: TRA $500,000 E $1,000,000. This project covers the works for construction of a M& I facility in Ghedi Air Force Base, Italy. The work includes the following operations: PART I ? CIVIL AND ARCHTECTURAL WORK which includes to: -Open trench excavation-Asphalt pavement- Construction of new sidewalks-?Sandwich? metal infill panels-New sanitary line-New storm water drain line and pits-New sanitary water drain line-Acoustic false ceiling, size 60x60 cm.-Plasterboard walls supported by metal structure-Ceramic tiles-Aluminum doors and windows-Inside wooden doors-Wall painting inside. PART II? STRUCTURAL WORK which includes to: Reinforced concrete foundations-Galvanized steel structure. PART III ?MECHANICAL WORK which includes to: Mechanical work-HVAC system-Plumbing. PART IV ?ELECTRICAL WORK which includes to: Furnishing and installation of electrical panels and feeding lines-Furnishing and installation of internal and external lighting system-Furnishing and installation of service and power outlets system-Furnishing and installation of communication and TV outlet system-Furnishing and installation of fire alarm detection system complete with electronic control panel and telephone driller;-Furnishing and installation of grounding, lightning and equipotentiality systems;-Furnishing and installation of electrical feeding line from existing substation, and interconnecting comm. cable duct;-Final testing of all systems and supply of relevant certificates signed by authorized technician/engineer listed in the Board of Test Engineers.*********ITALIANO .
