- Description
- The purpose of this project is to administer the 2003 Community Assment (CA) to active duty and reserve Air Force members. An abbreviated civilian spouse survey will be administered. Specific tasks to be performed in administering the CA include: finalize a web-based CA prototype, and convert CA prototype to final format for administration. Contractor will address its capacity to handle peak usage hours, and provide help desk support for data collection. Contractor will submit references and examples of completed projects of similar type and scope. Contractor will administer the survey, prepare and transfer CA data for analysis and reporting, and develop a coding guide for the data set. Contractor will host this data collection effort. In addition, at four locations specified by AFMOA/SGZF, there will be a ?Risk Behavior? Survey attached to the CA as supplemental questions. All work related to this supplement must be costed out as a separate expense. The purpose of the second task in this statement of work is to obtain contractor support to develop, implement, and provide technical assistance and training in the use of an Interactive Community Assessment Analysis and Reporting Tool (ICAART) for the U.S. Air Force Community Assessment (CA).
