- This solicitation has been modified as follows: This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number for this procurement is F09607-02-T-0058 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Non-appropriated Fund General Provisions (See attachment). For informational purposes The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 3441. The North American Industry Classification System is 332311. The BID SCHEDULE shall be for Item 0001 replacement of boathouse to include removal of existing boathouse from the dock with exception of existing support posts which are to remain. Boathouse shall have Twelve wells 10 ft x 16 ft patio insert (supports 750 lbs. Of gear) for storage. Boathouse shall be capable of floating and withstand 100 mph wind gusts. Overall dimensions 40 ft x 88 ft. Polyethylene encased flotation ? with 10 year manufacturer?s warranty ? (22 in freeboard maximum). 2 inches x 6 inches CCA No. One treated wood decking ? (run crosswise). 2 inches x 6 inches CCA treated banding board full perimeter. 12 in galvanized substructure with 3 inches x 3 inches vertical angles at section connections. Flush welded end members will be connected using eight ? ? inches Grade 5 bolts. Mainwalk 4 ft wide. Finger piers 4 ft wide. Roof dimensions 42 ft x 90 ft with 10 ft eave height, 2- ? inches columns, 1ft eave overhangs, gable trim, 26 gauge Supra-rib roof panels available in white. Roof shall cover boat slips. Roof columns 6 inches below substructure for lower bumper attachment. Four-pipe and collar anchors, signal spud ? (5 inches x 18 ft pipe, 6 inches sleeve). 4 ft x 52 ft silver galvanized heavy duty ramp with wood decking and a 4 ft x 8 ft ramp float. One- set skid shoes. 180 ft ? of 3-1/2 inches black horizontal padding ? (10 ft at head of each well/4 ft at end of each finger pier). 53 ? 36 inches black vertical bumpers on all exposed columns. Fifty-two ? 10 inches galvanized steel cleats. All components to be hot-dipped galvanized after fabrication. Dock pedestals at the end of each slip shall have a minimum of one 15amp ground fault receptacle outlet and a dusk to dawn light. Request for Quotation (RFQ) should be submitted and shall contain the following information: RFQ NUMBER; TIME SPECIFIED FOR RECEIPT OF OFFERS; NAME, ADDRESS; TELEPHONE NUMBER OF OFFEROR; TERMS OF THE EXPRESSED WARRANTY; PRICE, ANY DISCOUNT TERMS AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ALL SOLICITATION AMENDMENTS (if applicable). Quote shall also contain all other documentation specified herein. Signed quotes must indicate Item 0001, quantity, unit price and total amount for each item. Offerors shall include a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions and provisions included in the solicitation. PERIOD OF ACCEPTANCE OF OFFERORS: The offeror agrees to hold the prices in its offer firm for 30 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers, unless another time period is specified in an addendum to the solicitation. LATE OFFERS: Request for Quotations or modification of quotes received at the address specified for the receipt of offers after the exact time specified for receipt of offers WILL NOT be considered. EVALUATION/AWARD: IAW FAR 52.212.2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, the Government will award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsive responsible low offeror. All offerors MUST BE CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTERED (CCR). OFFERORS SHALL INCLUDE A COMPLETE COPY OF THE PROVISION AT FAR 52.212-3, OFFEROR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS-COMMERCIAL ITEMS, WITH THEIR OFFER, which can be downloaded from the internet or requested in writing via facsimile at 229-257-4032. Offerors that fail to furnish the required representation information or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation may be excluded from consideration.
