- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Tennessee Valley Healthcare System located at 3410 Lebanon Pike, Murfreesboro, TN 37129 is seeking sources to provide the following supplies. Catheter, Cardiovascular. Sterile Disposable, individual package, 8 Fr, 110 cm long, thermodilution style, swan-ganz design, c/o thermal filament connector; thermistor connector; balloon inflation valve; optical module connector; PA distal luman hub; vip luman hub; thermistor 4 cm; balloon; thermal filament; distal luman; vip port 30 cm; proximal injection port 28 cm; designed to continuously monitor both cardiac output and mixed venous, with amc thromboshield (an antimicrobial heparin coating).
