- Description
- The VA Medical Center, Fayetteville, N.C. has a need for routine Radiology Services for veterans assigned to the CBOC, Jacksonville, N.C. Contractor shall provide use of equipment, facility, profession and technical personnel services to perform routine radiology exams to aurthorized veterans referred by the VA. Services will be provided at contractor's place of business located within the city limits of Jacksonville, N.C. Contract will be for the period of one year effective October 1, 2002 through September 30, 2003 with two one-year options to extend. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining any and all amendments. NAICS 621512 and size standard $11.5 million apply to this procurement. Requests for hard copy solicitation must be in writing. No telephone requests will be accepted.
