- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Medical Center, Birmingham, AL requires full service software/hardware maintenance and repair services for a Witt Biomedical Corporation Series IV Hemodynamic Monitoring and Image Archival System EE#18377. The service will be in accordance with all terms and conditions of the solicitation for the period of October 1, 2002 through September 30, 2003 with option to extend for four one-year option periods subject to the availability of funds. The contractor shall perform semi-annual preventative maintenance inspections (PMI) to be performed at six (6) month intervals in October and April. Responsible sources may submit an offer in accordance with the solicitation which may be obtained electronically. NOTE: In order to receive any amendments that may be issued for this solicitation you must be registered electronically in the Solicitation Mailing List for this particular solicitation. The issue date is approximately August 8, 2002 and bid opening is approximately August 26, 2002. No telephone requests will be accepted.
