- THIS IS A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) THAT IS SET ASIDE 100% FOR SMALL BUSINESS. This project is being procured under Simplified Acquisition and Commercial Procedures. This project is to prepare and provide a draft and final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) pertaining to vegetation management on the Tell City Ranger District of the Hoosier National Forest located in Indiana.
