- Item Description For Request for Proposal: YPG01362000346; NSN 1630-01-116-1409 Torque Tube Assembly Honeywell Int'l Inc. Cage 55284 P/N 2607096-1. Mark IAW Mil-Std-130k, Dated 15 Jan 00. Configuration Control Applies. Technical Data Availability DSCR Does Not Currently Have An Approved Technical Data Package Available For This NSN. Please Do Not Submit Request To DSCR-VABA. This Is A Critical Safety Item (CSI) All Requests For Waivers Or Deviations Must Be Forwarded To The DSC Contracting Officer For Review And Approval. All Items Of Supply Shall Be Marked IAW Mil-Std-129. In Addition Each Unit Pack Will Be Marked With Lot Number (If Available), Contractor Cage Code, Actual Manufacturers Cage Code And Part Number. Flight Safety Critical Aircraft Part. I/A/W Qap 13873 Qap-003 Basic Dtd 07/01/97 Requirement is an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year and four (4) option years. The solicitation issue date is 30 August 2002 and the solicitation closing date is 30 September 2002. FOB: Destination; Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. QAP 003 applies. Pricing will be based on the estimated annual demand quantities of 124 each for the base year and 64 each for all option years. DSCR intends to award as a firm-fixed price type contract. Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) or Internet Quoting Services (IQS) proposals are unacceptable. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
