Description: The United States Agency for International Development in Dhaka, Bangladesh (USAID/Bangladesh) plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to procure analytical support services in support of the comprehensive food security programs of USAID/Bangladesh. The RFP is expected to be released on August 22, 2002 and the closing date of receipt of proposals is expected to be September 23, 2002. USAID anticipates awarding a three-year performance-based cost-reimbursement contract for this activity. The RFP will contain background information and methodology for the solicited activity.
