- NA Special Note to Bidders: The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) St. Paul District will require the performance for the demolition of one structure (Water Tank on East Side South 3rd Street North of Residuals Treatment Plant) in Grand Forks, ND under a Firm Fixed Price contract awarded to the responsible firm with the lowest price. This requirement is 100% HUBZone Set Aside. Principle work of demolition includes complete removal of structures, basement walls, basement slabs, on grade slabs, walkways, dri veways, aprons, patios, decks, backfill and compaction, disconnection/capping/removal of utilities (sewer and water), fences, and other items within the work limits. The applicable NAICS code is 235940 with a small business size standard of $12 million. T he official solicitation is available only on the Web. An official version of the solicitation is posted on the District?s website. ANY FORTHCOMING AMENDMENTS WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THIS WEB SITE. E-MAIL NOTIFICATIONS WILL BE SENT UPON ISSUANCE OF ANY AMENDM ENTS TO ALL REGISTERED PLAN HOLDERS.
