- All Terrain Vehicles Seymour Johnson AFB, North Carolina Solicitation # F31610-02-Q-0334 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number is F31610-02-Q-0334 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-08. This acquisition is being considered for 100 percent small business set-aside. Interested small business concerns should indicate interest to the Contracting Office, in writing, as early as possible, but no later than 10 calendar days of this notice. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 441210. The Small Business size standard is $6.0 million dollars. This procurement is to purchase All Terrain Vehicles, 3 each, color: Olive Green. MFR: Honda; P/N: Rancher 350; Model# TRX350FM (4X4), or equal. The following provisions apply to this acquisition. Government will award a purchase order resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to the responsible offer whose proposal, conforming to this synopsis/solicitation, will offer the best value to the Government, price, and other factors considered.
