- Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Charleston intends to award a sole source modification for engineering and technical support services to Scientific Research Corp., Atlanta, GA under contract N65236-00-D-7824 and to TDS, Inc., Marlton, NJ under contract N65236-00-D-7825. This notice of intent is for information purposes only and is not a request for competitive proposals. This sole source modification will be issued pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, as the current contractors are the only known sources with the experience necessary to satisfy the agency's needs during this period. The proposed ceiling increase of approximately $19.3 million and extension of the period of performance through 30 Nov 2003 will allow sufficient time for award of a competitive, follow-on contract. The applicable North American Industry Classification (NAIC) Code is 541330 and the size standard is $23 Million. Reference NOTE 22.
