- Purpose of this project is to construct a one story, 8,640 gross square foot concrete masonry building with brick masonry facing. Demolition and removal of existing sewer and water lines to previous structure. Demolition and removal of concrete sidewalks in construction area. The NAICS code is 233320. Project is located at the Boxelder Job Corps Center, Lawrence County, SD. Estimated bid range is between $250,000-$500,000. Contract time is 270 calendar days. All responsible sources will be considered by the agency. This solicitation is open competition to both large and small business. This is an electronic solicitation only. All documents will be posted to fedbizopps.gov for download from this web site exclusively. The solicitation will be issued approximately May 13, 2002.
