Description

The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agriculture Research Service, National Soil Tilth Laboratory intends to negotiate solely with Conviron, Pembina, ND to furnish, deliver (FOB Destination) and install 12 Conviron Model CMP4030 Retrofit Kits and a Conviron model CCSV4 Central Control System for the National Soil Tilth Laboratory, Ames, IA. This procurement is an upgrade and retrofit of existing equipment. The CMP4030 retrofit kits are for 6(six) model E15, 3 (three) model PGW36, and 3 (three) model Rhizotron. The CCSV4 System is a custom application software package that allows the centralized management of all CMP4000 series equipped growth chambers. Companies with demonstrated capability and financial capacity to provide and service such equipment must submit a written substantive statement outlining the company's and system's capabilities to the Contracting Officer within 15 days of publication of this notice.
