- The Social Security Administration requires the services of a contractor to provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, tools and equipment for renovation of the cafeteria of the Harold Washington Social Security Center, 600 West Madison Street, Chicago, Illinois 60661.. Details will be described in Solicitation SSA-RFQ-02-0017 which will be available on August 14, 2002.
