Description: The Naval Inventory Control Point (NAVICP) Mechanicsburg intends to negotiate on a competitive basis for a labor hour type purchase order to provide SSGN Conversion Support Services for the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. The services will be provided at the shipyard through 30 September 2002. The contractor shll be required to provide SSGN Availability Planning/Work Package development and Work Package maintenance to support SSGN conversion from SSBN.
