- This is an amendment to combined synopsis/solicitation N63394-02-R-1127 issued 31 July 2002, subject Modified Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) International Organization for Standardization (ISO) shipping enclosure of the High Cube Type. To the first paragraph after sentence ?N63394-02-1127 is issued as a Request for Quote on a sole source basis to New Mexico State University/Physical Science Laboratory (NMSU/PSL), Las Cruces, NM.? Add the following?. The enclosure was built by NMSU/PSL and meets all the DCID 1/21 requirements. PSL possesses the proprietary drawings, unique technical capability and can maintain the continuity of form-fit-function to successfully deliver a DCR&A enclosure within the stringent delivery schedule. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION N63394-02-R-1127 REMAINS UNCHANGED.
