- Code 99 NAICS Code: 235990 All Other Special Trade Contractors The Bureau of Land Magement, Eagle Lake Field Office requires the following: construct and reconstruct barbed wire fences and panels. Contractor to furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, except for specified Government furnished property. Location is in Ravendale, CA located in Lassen County, California. The Contractor shall adhere strictly to the designated routes. Routes will not necessarily be the shortest possible route to the fence lines. Designated routes will be indicated during the site inspection tour. Travel with a wheeled or track vehicle is permitted on the designated routes and along fence lines with the restrictions as listed in this RFQ. General access to fence lines is considered to be over rough desert terrain. No blading is allowed. Site Tour is scheduled for August 14, 2002 at 8:00 am meet at the Eagle Lake F.O., 2950 Riverside Drive, Susanville, CA . A 4 x 4 vehicle is suggested and bring a sack lunch and water. Performace time is approximately 116 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. Contractor will have 15 days after award of contract to provide one of the following 1) Payment Bond or 2) Irrevocable Letter of Credit. Packets will be available on Monday, July 29, 2002.
