NA AMENDMENT TO FedBizOpps PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE DASW01-02-R-0038: The Government has decided NOT to issue an IFB but instead a Technically Acceptable/Low Cost Request for Proposal (RFP). This is an Amendment to the Presolicitation Notice posted on the FedBizOpps on July 12, 2002, Solicitation Number DASW01-02-R-0038.
