- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number is F64605-02-Q-0004 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation notice is being issued in accordance with Citations 10 U.S.C. 2304(c )(1)(2)and (3) or 41 U.S.C. 253(c )(1)(2) and (3) and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.003, 6.302-1, 6.302-2, and 6.302-3. Award is contingent upon availability of FY03 funds. The NAICS is 513210, with a Size Standard of $12.5M. Each offeror shall sign his/her quote. Each quoting firm shall (1) show the unit price, including unless otherwise specified, packaging, packing and preservation, and (2) include the extended price for total quantity, in the case of a discrepancy between the unit and extended prices, the unit price will be presumed to be correct. Offers must make an affirmative statement in their signed quote that (1) their quote is valid for 60 days from the date of their quote.
