Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F04700-02-T-5032. The solicitation is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-06 and Defense Acquisition Change Notice (DCN): 20020426. This is a 100% small business set-aside acquisition. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC)Code is-3661. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238290. The Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC), Edwards AFB, CA has a requirement and acquisition that is Name Brand or Equal. This acquisition includes Contract Line Item Line (CLIN): CLIN 0001: To provide and install remotely controlled surveillance cameras in two (02) locations of the hangar, along with all support and monitoring equipment, Qty: 001--Lot. CLIN 0002: Services non-personal; Contractor to provide all labor, material, tools and transportation to install two remotely controlled-surveillance cameras and related monitoring equipment, software and hardware in hangar. Place of delivery and acceptance is at Edwards AFB, CA with F.O.B Destination. CONTRACTORS MUST COMPLY WITH DFARS 252.204-7004, REQUIRED CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (MAR 2001). The following provisions and clauses apply: 52.252-2, Clauses Incorporated by Reference. This contract incorporates one or more clauses by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. Upon request, the contracting officer will make their full text available.
