- The Air Armament Center (AAC), Eglin AFB, FL intends to solicit and award a Firm-Fixed Price, Brand Name contract to Pacific Nanotechnologies 3350 Scott Blvd #29 Santa Clara, CA 95054, (408) 982 9492. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quotation is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The reference number is F33DOL21990300 issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334516, with a small business standard size 500. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. (1) Each, Source Code for Nano-R PN: P-020-0001-0 Includes Visual Basic Control Code, Manual, 2 hours Phone Support (required complete non-disclosure form). (1) EACH, probes, Mounted Close Contact ?10 PN: P-MCU-SICC-0 Includes 10 Mounted Cantilevers, Silicon Close Contact Mode Probes, .450? X .100? substrate, Force Constant: 2.6 N/M (nominal), Resource Frequency 27 kHz (nominal), tip Radii < 10nm. (1) Job, Installation PN. C-000-0001-000 Includes instrument set up, standard samples run, 4 hours training. (1) Each, Shipping Charge no to exceed Specified cost.
