- The Air Armament Center (AAC), Eglin AFB, FL intends to solicit and award a Firm-Fixed Price, Brand Name contract to Fluorscan Imaging Systems, 35 Crosby Drive Bedford, MA 01730-1401, (781) 999-7300. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quotation is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The reference number is FM282322030004, Fluoroscan Image Premier and Reference number FM282322030005 Fluoroscan Printer UP98000 issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334517, with a small business standard size 500. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. The requirement is for Prem 6/4-2 Premier 110v 6/4, CLIN 0001, Completer surgical mini C arm system including, Dual mode, 150-10mm Cesium iodide intensifier, 45 micron focal spot, Dual, high intensity monitors, 4 image buffer and right screen 4- image mosaic, AOI 9Area of interest) function, Automatic Dose Rate, High speed function, Noise suppression and edge enhancement, Administrative Audit function, Auto calibration, 2,000 image storage system, 3.5?? Floppy Disk Drive, Alpha numeric keypad, Triple function foot switch, Full assembly and one day on site in service training, 12 month (1 year Warranty including all parts and labor).
