- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Roseburg Healthcare System, 913 NW Garden Valley Blvd., Roseburg, Oregon, is seeking a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and qualified supervision necessary to completely prepare the site for building operations, at the VA Roseburg Healthcare System, 913 NW Garden Valley Blvd., Roseburg, Oregon 97470, for the construction of a new 2,375 sq.ft. one-story Pre-Engineered Metal Building, a new 30,000 gallon underground Diesel Fuel Storage Tank and building and site Electrical work described under Basic Bid, Add Alternate #1 and Add Alternate #2 including site work as required by drawings and specifications. The building is intended to house future chiller and emergency electrical generator equipment. This acquisition is set-aside for small businesses. NAICS Code 233320 Applies/Size Standard $28.5 million applies.
