- Description
- Contractor to provide complete home oxygen services including oxygen deliveries, equipment (rental and setup), accessories, respiratory therapy services and patient education for direct delivery to VA beneficiaries residing throughout counties in West Virginia as required by the Louis A. Johnson VA Medical Center in Clarksburg, West Virginia. The contract will begin o/a 10/1/02 through 9/30/03 with two (2) option years all subject to the availability of funds. Electronic solicitations will be available from the Internet o/a 8/21/02. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining all amendments. Interested parties are required to submit prices and clear and convincing data substantiating their qualifications to satisfy this requirement. Offers are due by close of business 9/23/02 and should be mailed to the Contracting Officer (542/90C), VAMC, 1400 Black Horse Hill Rd., Coatesville, PA 19320. Hard copy solicitations will not be furnished. Telephone requests will not be accepted. Electronic offers will not be accepted. NAICS code is 532291.
