- Description
- The CENTRAL ALABAMA VETERANS HEALTH CARE SYSTEM, MONTGOMERY/TUSKEGEE requires full on-site PREVENTIVE maintenance and REPAIR service CONTRACT for the period 10-1-02 through 9-30-03, with four (4) one year renewal options for the following medical equipment: COHERENT, YAG AND ARGON LASER SYSTES. Contractor shall perform SEMI-MONTHLY preventive maintenance inspections (PMI), respond to Service calls within one (1) hour by telephone after receipt of telephoned notification 24 hours per day and be on site within TWO (2) hours. Request for solicitation documents must be in writing to the above listed address or faxed to (205) 933-4509. Solicitation packages will be available on or about August 12, 2002 AND RESPONSE DATE IS ON/ABOUT September 12, 2002.
