- Description
- The William J. Hughes Technical Center will be soliciting offers for development of the SASO final requirements document. The period of performance is 6 months. It is anticipated that a cost plus fixed fee contract will be awarded. The contractor's facilities must be located within a 50 mile radius of FAA Headquarters in Washington, DC. The contractor will not be reimbursed for travel expenses in the Washington, DC area. Award will be made to the technically acceptable, low cost realistic offeror. To be technically acceptable the offeror must provide a senior systems analyst who meets the key personnel criteria. This requirement is set-aside exclusively for competitive award to socially and economically disadvantaged businesses expressly certified by the SBA for participation in the SBA's 8(a) program. The NAICS code is 54170 -500 employees. The FAA's Screening Information Request (SIR) will be posted on this web page on or about August 8, 2002. Offerors are required to download the SIR from the web page. SIRS will not be mailed.
