- Description
- Gary Job Corps Community is seeking sealed bids for all labor and materials to renovate (3) restrooms in the cafeteria. Replace existing stall partitions and countertops in (2) men's rooms and (1) women's room with Santana Poly-marble products in midnight blue, color #275. Install 4" glazed ceramic tiles on walls from floor to ceiling and paint any un-tiled surfaces (i.e. doors, ceiling). A mandatory pre bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m., August 20, 2002, in bldg. 11-200, Gary Job Corps Community, 2800 Airport Blvd, Hwy 21 East, San Marcos, TX. Project cost is estimated at less than $30,000.
