- Solicitation for NSN 1730-01-391-1705, YPG02163000200, Cover, Aircraft Ground Servicing. Northrop Grumman Corp., (CAGE 1W025), P/N DAA3180P150-231; Plastic Reinforcements, (CAGE 0EWF2), P/N 00135-100-4. DSCR DOES NOT CURRENTLY HAVE AN APPROVED TECHNICAL DATA PACKAGE AVAILABLE FOR THIS NSN. PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT REQUEST TO DSCR-VABA. QAP 001 APPLIES. Proposed procurement is for a Firm Fixed Price Type Contract with a 100% option. Delivery is 105 days ARO. Solicited FOB Destination basis to W62G2T Sharpe Army Depot, Lathrop, CA 95331 for a basic quantity of 31 EA and a 100% option quantity of 31 EA. Unrestricted procurement. This is considered to be a non-commercial item. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
