The alternate offeror is required to provide a complete data package including data for the approved and alternate part for evaluation in addition to FAT as required. Qualification Requirements (e.g. QPL) and where information on qualification requirements may be obtained. (If applicable): Supplemental Quality Assurance Provision, SQAP00-323-7330 Applies. Additional Destination Information will be included in the RFP. Delivery Schedule: Waiver for FAT: 275 EA 150 Days ADO and the balance at a rate of 50 EA every 30 days thereafter. With FAT: Submission of First Article 120 days ADO and the production quantity 275 EA within 330 days ADO. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. Please See Note(s): (26). The solicitation will be available on its issue date of 26 Aug 02 at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp. The Small Business size standard is 1000 employees. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
