- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.(II) Solicitation F7CERU22060100 is being issued as a request for proposal (RFP). (III) This solicitation incorporates clauses and provisions in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 01-07. (IV) This requirement is being synopsized as a 100% small business set-aside under standard industrial classification code 5712, NAICS Code 442110, small business size standard of 6.0 Million. (V) Please propose the items as listed: Line item 0001, Twin Box Spring Extra Long (38X80) QTY 50 EA. Thomasville P/N 7210-MTXL or equal. Line item 0002, 5 Drawer Dresser Chest QTY 50 EA. Thomasville P/N 37081-310 or equal. Line item 0003, Night Stand QTY 50 EA. Thomasville P/N 37081-310 or equal. Line item 0004, Bed Frames QTY 200 EA. Thomasville P/N 9990-2429 or equal. Line item 0005, End Table Lamp, Color: Champagne #16 QTY 100 EA. Thomasville P/N 88 or equal, 3 way base switch/3 prong plug. Line item 0006, Lamp Shades (to fit lamp in LI 0005) QTY 100 EA. Color: Beige. Line item 0007, Shipping/Administration/Consolidation Fees QTY 01 LS. NOTE: If items on GSA contract, please list contract #:______________________. (VI) Supplied items shall be of a professional hotel/industrial grade. (VII) Place of delivery:36 CES/FMO Attn: Drayage Furniture, Bldg 14530, Andersen AFB, Guam, 96543. (VIII) Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors- Commercial Items applies. (IX) Provision 52-212-2, Evaluation _ Commercial Items applies. Proposal will be evaluated on price, and past performance. (X) Offerors are required to submit a completed copy of 52.212-3 Offerors Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items with their offer. (XI) Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions- Commercial Items and any addenda the clause applies to this acquisition. (XII) Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items applies to the award document. (XIII) Furniture shall meet all established commercial warranty requirements for industrial/hotel furniture. (XIV) N/A. (XV) N/A. (XVI) A site visit will not be held. Proposals will be due to the 36th Contracting Squadron, Unit 14040, APO, AP 96543-4040, by 17 August 2002, 3 p.m. local Guam time.
