- Amendment 0001 to N00178-02-R-3051 Amendment 0001 is issued to make the following changes: 1. This acquisition will be solicited as an unrestricted full and open competition. The resultant contract will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity with a cost-plus-fixed-fee (term and completion) pricing arrangement. The contract will have a contract ordering period of three years and will contain incentives, based on the contractor's performance, that may extend the ordering period for up to an additional two years. Any adjustments to the ordering period will not result in a contract ordering period of less than three years or greater than five years. 2. A Draft Request for Proposal will be issued and is anticipated to be available on the NSWCDD Procurement Division homepage (http://www.nswc.navy.mil/supply) by 14 June 2002. Questions/comments are solicited and should be submitted within 10 days of issuance. Responses to the questions/comments are anticipated to be posted to the NSWCDD Procurement Division Homepage within 10 days. 3. It is anticipated that the formal Request for Proposal shall be issued 15 July 2002. The solicitation shall be open for 45 days. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (31-MAY-2002). IT ACTUALLY FIRST APPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 01-AUG-2002.
