- The sources sought synopsis is issued by Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Puget Sound. It is anticipated that this potential procurement will be set-aside as a 100% Small Business Set Aside. FISC-PS intends to solicit comments and identify interested parties for an OMB Circular A-76 Cost comparison. The intent of the study is to determine the most efficient and cost effective method of providing Command Support services within the Northwest Region. There are approximately 109 Government positions affected by this study. Services include, but are not limited to, Administrative Services, Public Affairs Support, Postal Operations, Occupational Safety & Health Support, and Financial Management Support Services. See the attached section of the Performance Work Statement for more information. The NAICS code 561210, note 13 is comprised of NAICS codes 541690, 541219, 56110, 561431, 541820 and has a size limit of $23 million. FISCPS request that all parties that meet the size limitation of NAICS Code 561210 and that are potentially interested in any future procurement action relating to this study notify Ms. Patricia Blackwood of your interest at blackwood.patricia@cnbs.navy.mil. In addition, present any questions or comments relating to the draft PWS, as attached, to Ms. Blackwood.
