- The Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station Atlantic (NCTAMSLANT) intends to purchase for NCTAMSLANT Detachment Cutler Maine under a GSA contract, an all purpose tractor, 66 Net HP, 3cyl Diesel with 4WD AG tires, factory cab with heat and a/c, 16X16 mechanical shuttle trans., 540 rear PTO, power steering, 3-point hitch w/2 rear remotes, parts and service manuals, 72" heavy-duty rotary cutter, single tailwheel with rear chain shields and AM/FM radio.
