- NA Provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to provide janitorial services to Building 806 and Trailer 806A, Parks RFTA, Dublin, CA. The facilities are primarily used for administrative and warehousing purposes. Work includes general cle aning twice weekly, plus specialized periodic floor and window cleaning. Period of performance will be 1 Sep 02 through 31 Aug 03 with four one-year option periods. The proposed procurement is set aside 100% for small businesses under NAICS 561720 with a corresponding small business size standard of $14.0 mil. The procurement will be subject to the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of FAR Part 13. The RFQ will be available electronically at the http://www.fedbizopps.gov on or about 1 August 2002. Telep honic, written, faxed, or electronic requests for hard copies of solicitation documents will be denied. Parties interested in the solicitation should access the web page for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents, and solicitation amendments; contractors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered.
