- NA Resulting solicitation will request quoters to submit a Request for Quotation to provide all plant, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to provide all operations to dispose of anaerobically digested liquid sludge generated at Fort Campbell, Kentucky Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). The disposal of liquid sludge is estimated to occur on a three-month basis (estimated four events per year). The two methods of removal and disposal of sludge generated at the WWTP are removal of liquid sludge with a su b-surface injection and removal of liquid sludge, dewatering of liquid sludge by means of a belt press with disposal of dewatered sludge in an approved landfill. Resulting contract will be a requirement contract for a base year and one option period. Per iod of performance for base year & option period will be 12-month periods. NAICS is 562219/size standard is $10.5 Million. This acquisition is 100% setaside for Small Business Concerns.
