Description
NA PRON: AX2F0284AX, NSN: 1615-01-110-1491, PN: 70351-08110-045, Quantity: 112 each minimum/1356 each maximum 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement applicable to the BLACKHAWK. F.O. B. Destination with deliveries to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. The required delivery with First Article Testing is 50 each, 420 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and 50 each per month thereafter until contract completion. The First Article Test Report is due 268 DACA. Required delivery without First Art icle Testing is 50 each, 280 DACA and 50 each per month thereafter until contract completion. This is a Flight Safety Part. This item is restricted to The Purdy Corporation, 586 Hilliard Street, P.O. Box 1898, Manchester, CT 06045-1898 and Sikorsky Aircr aft Corporation, 6900 Main Street, Stratford, CT 06615-9129. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skill, and manufacturi ng knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirement s. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing dated stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. This acquisition contains data which is considered critical technology and has been restricted for release outside the United States. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government. Adequate technical data is available for this acquisition.
