Description

NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial purchase/services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a w ritten solicitation will not be issued. A Statement of Work will be sent to interested parties. Item 0001, provide, design, to include as-builts necessary to install a complete Andover DDC system in building 225. Instructions to Offereors--Commercial it ems, FAR Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions email: Required to Implement Statues or Executive Order--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations a nd Certifications--Commercial Items.
