- DESC: (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format listed in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation F32605-02-Q-0025 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation incorporates clauses and provisions in effect though the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-07. (vi) This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns. The Standard Industry Classification (SIC) for this acquisition is 7378 - Computer Maintenance and Repair (except retailing new computers from a storefront and repairing) and the North American Industry Classification System Code is 811212 - Computer and Office Machine Repair and Maintenance with a size standard of $21,000,000.00. (v) E-mail POC to obtain attachment for contract line items, serial numbers, quantities and priority status. (vi) Provide support resources that the SMARTnet and SMARTnet Onsite Solutions extends to include software updates and upgrades on demand, resources to augment the operations staff, online and telephone access to Cisco technology experts, and a range of hardware replacement response times. See attachment for further description of statement of work. (vii) All deliveries shall be FOB Destination Grand Forks AFB per the specified priority delivery period noted on the attached schedule. (viii) Provision 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors - Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Evaluation will be based on cost and the ability to meet the requirements. (x) Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, with its offer. E-mail the POC to obtain the representation and certification paperwork. (xi) The clause 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. (xii) The clause 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. (xiii) The clause DFAR 252-204-7004 Required Central Contracting Registration applies to this and all future acquisitions.
