- Firm-Fixed Price Contract (FFP) for Native Grass Seed at Beale AFB, CA. Bids that meet or are equal to the specifications of the items referred to in the solicitation will be accepted. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns and is under NAICS 111998 with a size standard of $750,000 dollars. In addition, this solicitation will use competitive Request for Quotation procedures and will only be available by downloading from the EPS web site. Quotes are due no later than 1:00 pm (1300) 2 Aug 2002. FAX quotes, signed by the offeror are acceptable and shall be submitted prior to the established time and faxed to (530-634-3311 ATTENTION: Colin Fain. Contractors must be registered in the Centralized Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to receive a contract award from any DOD activity.
